What We’re Eating This Week: January Week 3

This week’s meal plan feels extra special in our home because we’re celebrating my oldest daughter’s birthday. She’s turning 6 on Tuesday, and I honestly can’t believe how fast time is moving. The little girl who made me a mother is growing up right before my eyes. I let her decide what we’re having for dinner on her birthday and of course she said pizza. I don’t know when pizza became her dinner choice because she use to not like it! Not my choice but hey, she’s the birthday girl so pizza it is. As always, I hope our meal plan this week gives you some ideas for your own family.
