Meal planning doesn’t have to feel overwhelming or perfect to be effective. January is all about settling into rhythms that support your home and your energy, and a simple plan can make a big difference. This week’s meals are designed to be realistic, flexible, and family-friendly, giving you one less decision to make each day. Whether you follow it exactly or use it as inspiration, my hope is that this plan helps bring a little more peace and ease to your week.
